Performance Trends’ Black Box is the data logger for several jobs around the shop. It can be used for:

Flow Bench Testing

	Cam Measurements *
	Spring Testing *
	Weather Station Readings

Because it is so flexible, you won’t have to buy different electronics for different jobs, just change the software.

The standard Black Box comes with two 1 psi sensors and a swirl meter input. You simply do a quick calibration with our Port Flow Analyzer software (either Basic or Pro versions). Now you are ready to make a huge jump in time savings and data accuracy when you flow your heads.

The Black Box can also be fitted with popular options should you need them:

	3rd pressure sensor for recording port velocity with a pitot tube or carb vacuums.
	Swirl Meter input standard for recording swirl or tumble RPM from Performance Trends’ Swirl Meter and Tumble Fixture.
	Hand or Foot Switch input, to allow recording from a switch input rather than a keyboard input.
	Black Box internal temperature and humidity sensors and recirculating fan.
	3rd pressure sensor for recording Barometric Pressure. Note that you can not purchase both the pitot tube pressure sensor and the Barometer sensor, just one or the other.

Note: Software has not yet been developed for all these applications.
